Present writ petition has been filed seeking directions for a time bound hearing of the Misc. Appeal filed by the Petitioner before the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, bearing no. Misc. Appeal/286/2022 and titled as "Bank of Baroda v. Sangeeta Grover & Ors". 2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner-Bank states that due to repeated adjournments, Mr. Vijay Grover has sold of one of the mortgaged properties, being 10/11, Shop No. 4, Ground Floor, Amrit Kaur Puri, Sant Nagar, Tank Road, Karol Bagh, New Delhi - 110005. He further states that continuous adjournments in the impugned proceedings have resulted in grave and manifest injustice to the Petitioner-Bank. 3.

In response to a query, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the matter is now listed for hearing on 10th September 2024. Keeping in view the fact that the matter is listed in the near future, this Court disposes of the present writ petition and applications with a direction that the matter be taken up for hearing on the said date.
