By way of the present petition, the petitioners are seeking quashing of FIR No. 420/2021 registered under Sections 498-A/406/34 IPC at PS Madhu Vihar, Delhi on merits.

On the last date of hearing, it was noted that parties have settled the matter.

Today, none appears on behalf of either of the parties. 4.

It is informed that the parties have already been granted first motion. 5.

Considering the aforesaid and the fact that the present challenge is premised on merits, the petition is disposed of. 6.

Needless to state that in case the parties fail to act on the compromise, the petitioners would be at liberty to revive the present petition.
