The present petition seeks quashing of order dated 17th August, 2019 passed by the Court of CMM, North West, Rohini in Complaint case no. 19318/2016 under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and the FIR No. 389/2019 under Sections 420/468/471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered consequent to the aforenoted directions. 2.

Counsel for the Petitioner points out that in Special Leave Petition (C) 2380/2025, the Supreme Court has quashed the impugned FIR. The certified copy of the order has been handed over across the board and is taken on record.

Ashok Vihar has already been quashed, the relief sought in the present petition is rendered infructuous and accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. Pending applications also stand disposed of. 4.

The original will of Late Sardar Jai Singh, which was seized by the Investigating Officer during the course of investigation, is now directed to be returned to the record of Trial Court wherefrom the said document was seized.
