Mr. Harisankar Mahapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as, according to the petitioner, its claims against the present respondent will have to be adjudicated together with claims against a third party.

Mr. Mahapatra submits that he has instructions to withdraw the petition, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties in any suit which the petitioner may institute in future, including on the question of arbitrability of those claims.
