The present Petition has been filed by the Petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter-alia seeking the following prayers:- a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari setting aside the sale notice dated 31.05.2025;
b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari setting aside the letter/response dated 15.07.2025 rejecting the petitioners proposal for a One Time Settlement dated 27.06.2025 on equitable grounds;
c) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to the respondent bank to consider the petitioner's proposal for a One Time Settlement dated 27.06.2025 on equitable grounds; d) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari setting aside the final judgment and order dated 26.05.2025 in Appeal No. 97 of 2025 passed by the Ld. DRAT;
e) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby directing the Respondent No.1 to disclose their one time settlement policy so that the petitioner can avail of its benefits; f) Issuance of any other appropriate writ, order or direction against the respondent;

Learned counsel representing the Petitioners, after some arguments, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present Petition, in order to take appropriate steps to avail remedy before the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal ['DRAT'].

Accordingly, the present Petition along with the pending application is dismissed as withdrawn.
