The present Petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking Writ of Mandamus to be granted, directing the respondent No. 1 to 3 to provide adequate safety/protection and also from respondent No. 7. 2.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh. 3.

The petition is permitted to be withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
