Counsel for the parties submit that they have settled their disputes before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre ('Mediation Centre'), vide Settlement Agreement dated 5th May, 2025 (hereinafter, the 'Settlement Agreement').

Pursuant to the order passed by the Predecessor Bench on 11th July, 2025, statement of the parties has been recorded before the Joint Registrar, affirming the terms of the settlement.

Counsel for the parties submit that there is a minor spelling error in the names of the defendants no. 4 and 5. (7 and 7.1) 3.1.

Let an amended memo of parties be filed on behalf of the plaintiffs, during the course of the day.

Rajbala and Ms. Shiromani, respectively, in the Settlement Agreement. 4.1.

It is ordered accordingly.

I have gone through the terms of settlement and find the same to be lawful.

The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement. 7.

The suit is decreed in the aforesaid terms.

7.1.

The Settlement Agreement with the aforesaid changes shall form part of the decree.

8.

The pending application stands disposed of.
