Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') has been preferred on behalf of the petitioners for quashing of FIR No. 352/2023 under Sections 288/304A IPC registered at P.S.: Punjabi Bagh and proceedings emanating therefrom.
