CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ANISH DAYAL

O R D E R

% 04.12.2024 1.

Counsel for respondent No.4 appears post-notice and states that he has filed a reply. In the reply, he seeks to present his version of the story, wherein he states that he and the complainant were engaged in a consensual sexual relationship, despite respondent No.4 being married and residing with his wife and the children. He further alleges that he was being blackmailed by petitioner.

2.

This is strongly refuted by the counsel for the petitioner, who submits that the contents of the reply themselves would show that respondent No.4 has been misleading the petitioner and indulging in a relationship despite his own marriage.
