The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayers: "a. Issue a writ or direction in the nature of Certiorari, or any other appropriate writ/order, thereby direction be passed to the Respondents to forthwith secure, preserve, place on record the CCTV footage of all the said six CCTV cameras installed inside the premises of Triveni Plaza, 17A/56, WEA, Karol Bagh, New Delhi starting from entrance at ground floor in the said Triveni Plaza and coming towards Petitioner's office at second floor of the said Triveni Plaza and also the CCTV footage of the vicinity of said Triveni Plaza pertaining to the offence dated 27.07.2024 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM in connection with the said FIR No. 80081899 dated 29.07.

2024 registered under Section 303/305 of the BNS at Karol Bagh Police Station, Central District Delhi before this Hon'ble Court, in terms of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India landmark Judgment in "Paramvir Singh Saini vs Baljit Singh & The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Ors. [SLP(Crl.) No. 3543/2020]" and supply the same to the Petitioner also in the Interest of Justice; and b. Pass any other order(s) which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the interest of Justice." 2.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State, on instructions from SI Meenu Bhan, PS Karol Bagh, submits that all necessary steps are being taken and all the CCTV footages will be taken and preserved and no stone will be left unturned in doing a proper investigation. The statement is taken on record.
