CRL.M.A. 422/2020 (rectification of order dated 13.12.2019) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the order dated 13.12.2019, it has been wrongly mentioned as "police station having jurisdiction of Parpar Ganj". Whereas it should be police station having jurisdiction of Prahladpur.

The aforesaid submission made by counsel for petitioner is affirmed by counsel appearing for respondents.

Heard.

Since it was a typographical error, it stands corrected and order dated 13.12.2019 shall be read as "police station having jurisdiction of Prahladpur".

The application stands disposed of accordingly. Dasti.
