The present application has been filed by the petitioners under Section 151 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ("CPC"), seeking permission to withdraw the present writ petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.1 has expired on 19th November, 2024. Thus, petitioners seek to withdraw the present writ petition, with liberty to take necessary steps before the concerned authorities.
