This application is filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in case FIR No. 197/2019 under Sections 376/506/312/351 IPC and Section 5(j)(ii) read with Section 6 POCSO Act registered at PS Palam Village. 3.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant/appellant seeks to withdraw the present application with a prayer for an expeditious trial.

It is pointed out that only the Investigating Officer remains to be examined in this case and all other witnesses have already been examined. 5.

Learned Trial Court is directed to ensure that the Investigating Officer be cross-examined within 15 days from the passing of this order.
