Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the parties have been able to reach an amicable settlement vide Settlement Agreement dated 10.10.2025 arrived at before Samadhan, Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre Delhi High Court, Sher Shah Road, New Delhi. A copy of the same has already been placed on record. The parties are made bound by their respective obligations in the Settlement Agreement. 2.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petitions.

Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The petitions are dismissed as withdrawn alongwith the pending applications.
