Application has been moved seeking stay of the operation of one subsequent order dated 10.05.2024.

Learned counsel for respondents appears on advance notice and accepts notice.

I have seen the main petition i.e. CM (M) 1461/2022 wherein the petitioner has challenged orders dated 04.03.2021, 30.04.2022, 01.07.2022, 08.08.2022 and 15.09.2022.

There was no stay in the matter.

When the learned Trial Court took up the matter on 10.05.2024, it heard arguments on the point of territorial jurisdiction and came to the conclusion that it had no territorial jurisdiction and thus directed that original plaint may be returned after making due endorsement thereon. 6.

In view of aforesaid peculiar development, there is no proceeding which is pending before the learned Trial Court. 7.
