The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking following relief:- "a) Declare the impugned action of the Respondents in declaring late results of the Petitioner‟s 4th semester exam as prejudicial, malafide and arbitrary..." 2.

Learned counsel for respondents No. 1 & 2 states that since the petitioner herein has been able to clear all his examinations this year itself, the Delhi University can take an early stand to grant advance degree to the petitioner. She further submits that there is a provision to apply for advance degree. She also states that she will provide the relevant details qua the same to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

take appropriate steps and upon taking appropriate steps, the respondents herein will grant advance degree to the petitioner expeditiously as per rules. 4.
