Mr. Mujahid Ahmad, learned counsel appears for the petitioner and submits that subsequent to the first date of hearing, the respondents have issued the admit card to the petitioner to allow him to appear in the examination, which was scheduled to be held on 07.12.2023.

He further submits that though the admit card was issued, the entire examination itself was cancelled subsequently. 3.
He further submits that the respondents have re-scheduled the examination and also issued him the admit card for the re-scheduled examination, which is scheduled to be held on 21.01.2024. 4.

In view of the aforesaid, Mr. Ahmad seeks to withdraw the present writ petition without prejudice to his rights and contentions. 6.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn along with the pending applications, leaving the petitioner with the rights as available to him in accordance with law.
