The Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of CrPC has been filed on behalf of the petitioner, for quashing of the Order dated 18.09.2023 whereby, the parole of three months, has been denied to the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is trying to get a verified address, to which he would go if release on parole.

From the submissions made, it is apparent that the petitioner has no permanent address where he would go, in case he is released on bail. In view of the submissions made, there is no merit in the present Writ Petition, which is hereby dismissed without prejudice to the right of the petitioner, to apply for a parole afresh, before the concerned authority.
