CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE V. KAMESWAR RAO
O R D E R
% 10.03.2017 CM 9758/2017 Exemption allowed subject to all just exceptions. Application is disposed of.
WP(C) 2243/2017 The present petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "a) directing the respondents no.1 to 3 to handover the possession of the allotted land to the petitioner; b) Pass any other or further order(s)/relief(s) which this Hon'ble Court may deems fit and proper in favour of the petitioner and against the respondents, in the interest of justice." It is averred in the petition that the husband of the petitioner was a martyr during Indo Pak war in 1971. An averment is made that the Government launched a scheme to allot land to the family of martyrs and accordingly the respondent had allotted the Gaon Sabha land to the
petitioner in the year 1972. Nothing has been placed on record whether such allotment was made to the petitioner or her family members. Suffice to state, noting the averments made in the petition, the alleged allotment was made almost 46 years back. There is no explanation given in the writ petition for the delay and latches. The petition is dismissed. V. KAMESWAR RAO, J MARCH 10, 2017 RN
