% 22.08.2017 CM No.22062/2017 The appellant is seeking permission to withdraw the appeal on the ground that the parties have decided to dissolve the marriage by mutual consent and the first motion has already been granted by the learned Family Court on 06th March, 2017. Certified copy of the order dated 06th March, 2017 passed by the learned Family Court in the joint petition filed by the parties has been attached along with the application. The application is allowed and MAT.APP. 27/2009 is dismissed as withdrawn.

The Trial Court record be returned back forthwith. Copy of this order be sent to the parties.
