It is noted that on the first date of hearing i.e. 05.12.2023, the petitioners were directed to file amended memo of parties impleading all the accused and the victims, however the same has not been done till date. Status report has been handed over today in the court as per which there are four accused besides 2 CCLs and six victims/injured, however no steps have been taken by the petitioners to implead them. 3.

The petition is accordingly dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to file afresh after impleading the said parties.
