This is an application under Order XXIII Rule 3, read with Section 151 CPC, filed on behalf of Mr. Ranbir Singh Dabas, legal heir of the appellant, for withdrawal of the instant appeal on the basis of a settlement. 5.

The parties have entered into an amicable settlement by way of a Settlement Agreement dated 26.09.2024, which was notarised on 18.10.2024.

Having perused the Settlement Agreement on record, the Court finds that the parties have voluntarily entered into the aforesaid arrangement. They, therefore, are directed to be bound by the same. 7.
