O.M.P.(I) (COMM.) 393/2023 Another petition being ARB.P. 563/2024 has been filed by the petitioner under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act for appointment of an arbitrator for adjudication of the disputes inter se the parties. In ARB.P. 563/2024, Mr.Justice G.P.Mittal, Former Judge, High Court of Delhi (Mobile No.9910384619) has been appointed as an arbitrator. In the present petition also the similar dispute is being raised Since the learned arbitrator has been appointed in ARB.P. 563/2024, the present petition is converted into a petition under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.

Present petition be placed before the learned arbitrator for consideration and disposal in accordance with the law within two weeks.
