% 21.07.2017 The petitioner seeks a direction qua the Tehsildar. His contention in the present petition is that the land in question is in cultivatory possession of the petitioner; the Tehsildar should be directed to complete the record in the khasra girdawri. The counter affidavit of the respondent is on record. His submission is that this land is owned by the Gaon Sabha; not only is it owned but it is also in actual physical possession of the land. This position is disputed. The Tehsildar / Competent Authority will answer the application of the petitioner in a time bound frame of six weeks from the receipt of the order.

Petition disposed of.
