The present application under Section 5 of Limitation Act, 1963 has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 140 days in filing the captioned petition.

Considering that the victim has already filed an appeal being CRL.A. 246/2023, and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay of 140 days in filing of the captioned petition is hereby condoned. 4.

Application is allowed and stands disposed of accordingly. CRL.L.P. 601/2022 5.

This petition under Section 378(3) of the CrPC has been filed by the Appellant-State seeking leave to appeal against judgment of acquittal dated The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

30th April, 2021 passed by ld. ASJ, Patiala House Court, New Delhi in Sessions Case No. 522/2019 arising out of FIR No. 985/2015, under Sections 498A/406/377/506/307/34 IPC, registered at P.S. Shalimar Bagh. Vide the said impugned judgment dated 30th April, 2021 the ld. Trial Court has acquitted the accused/Respondent Nos. 1 to 3. 6.

Leave granted.

The present criminal leave petition is allowed and disposed of. The same may be registered as a criminal appeal. Pending application, if any, is also disposed of accordingly.

As per the order dated 10th April, 2024, passed in CRL.A. 246/2023 filed by the victim, the surety bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- furnished by the Respondents have already been accepted and the verification report of the same was received from concerned SHO, which was recorded vide order dated 27th September, 2023.
