The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to provide security to the petitioner at her present residential address in Delhi. 2.
Status report has been filed by the State.

Ms.Kamna Vohra, learned ASC for the State/R-1 submits that as per the status report, during the course of inquiry SI Anand Kumar alongwith L/Ct.Sonu reached the house of the petitioner and asked her for conducting her medical examination but she refused for the same. Thereafter a case FIR no.484/2016 under Sections 506/509/34 IPC has been registered at PS Mehrauli on 19.02.2016, which is pending investigation. It is further mentioned in the status report that Beat Staff of the area concerned have been briefed that they will keep close watch at the house of the petitioner and also ensure the safety of the petitioner. Ms.Kamna Vohra, learned ASC for the State/R-1 further submits that though Beat Staff of the area have been sensitized but still to ensure the petitioner about her safety, mobile numbers of concerned SHO/Beat Constable shall be provided to the Petitioner to enable her to contact the police if necessity arises.

In view of the above assurance given by learned ASC for the State/ R-1, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As prayed, copy of the order be given dasti to learned counsel for the parties.
