BAIL APPLN. 279/2017 Notice. Learned APP accepts notice for the respondent. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the only role assigned to the petitioner is that he had introduced the complainant to Tarun Juneja and Amrender Kumar. No allegations are there against the petitioner that he had provided any forged document or had received any money from the
complainant. It is further submitted that in the FIR itself complainant has stated that he was cheated by Tarun Juneja and Amrender Kumar. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the bail application. It is contended that petitioner had conspired with the other co-accused. He has been named in the disclosure statement by Amrender Kumar. Keeping in mind the totality of circumstances, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned. Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti. A.K. PATHAK, J.
