The Petitioner has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in FIR No.45/2023 dated 22.01.2023, registered at Police Station Anand Parbat for offences punishable under Sections 498A/406/304B/34 IPC. 2.

When this Court made a suggestion to the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner that the Petitioner can approach the Competent Court for grant of bail after the mother, father and brother of the deceased are examined, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner graciously accepts the suggestion and seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to approach the Competent Court for grant of bail after the mother, father and brother of the deceased will be examined.
