Present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner seeking parole for three months to file SLP etc. Status report not filed. 2.
I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file.
Nominal roll dated 10.4.2017 reveals that the petitioner was convicted in Case FIR No.25/2011 registered under Sections 376(2)(G)/323/34 IPC at Police R.K.Puram and was sentenced to undergo Rigorous Imprisonment for ten years with fine `1,00,000/- under Section 376(2)(G) IPC; Rigours Imprisonment for W.P.(CRL) 1366/2017
six months with fine `1,000/- under Section 323/34 IPC. Nominal roll reveals that he has remained in custody for about six years, two months and three days incarceration besides remission for four months and seventeen days as on 10.04.2017. He is not a previous convict and is not involved in any other criminal case. His overall conduct in jail is satisfactory.
It is further informed that Crl.A.No.64/2016 has been dismissed by this Court on 18.10.2016. The petitioner did not avail any interim bail/parole application before. 3.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and for the reasons mentioned in the petiton, the petitioner be released on parole for a period of two weeks from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court/CMM/Duty Magistrate. After completion of parole period the petitioner shall surrender before the Jail Superintendent.

Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. 5.
Copy of the order be sent to the Superintendent Jail for information.
