Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the two coaccused persons have been granted regular bail by this Court and role of the petitioner is similar to the role assigned to the co-accused persons. He further submits that the petitioner has been granted protection by this Court vide order dated 09.08.2024, which has not been misused by him and he has joined investigation as and when he was asked to do so. Learned APP, upon instructions from the Investigating Officer, has conceded to this fact. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in these circumstances, as the Chargesheet has been filed, a protection for about 30 days be granted, so that, the petitioner is in a position to approach the learned Trial Court and move a regular bail application. 3.

petitioner is extended for a period of 30 days, i.e. no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner, within which time the petitioner is at liberty to move a regular bail application before the learned Trial Court. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
