By way of present application, the applicant seeks extension of interim bail granted to him vide order dated 26.06.2024 in FIR No. 55/2019 registered under Sections 302/307/201/34 IPC & Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, P.S. Inder Puri, Delhi.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that pursuant to the order dated 26.06.2024, applicant was released on 28.06.2024. It is further submitted that the benefit of interim bail was extended to the applicant for the reason that his wife had to undergo spinal surgery which, he states, has been done. The present application is premised on the fact that applicant's father, who has twice undergone cardiac intervention, felt uneasiness in chest and had to be rushed to Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital on 07.08.2024 in emergency. Considering the aforesaid, the applicant's interim bail, granted vide order dated 26.06.2024, is extended by another one week on the same terms and conditions.
