The instant contempt petition under Section 425 of the Companies Act, 2003 read with Section 16 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:- "(a) Initiate contempt proceedings against the Official Liquidator for not following order dated 28.11.2023 passed by the Company Court;
(b) Direct the Official Liquidator to include and acknowledge the claim of the Applicant;
(b) Direct the Official Liquidator to refund the deposited amount with interest to the Applicant within 15 days; (C) Any other further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 2.

Liquidator, however, the same has not been included and acknowledged by the Official Liquidator yet. Thus, it is prayed that this Court may direct the Official Liquidator to acknowledge the claim of the applicant. 3.
At this juncture, learned Standing counsel appearing on behalf of the Official Liquidator, on instructions, acknowledged that the claim of the applicant has already been received by the Official Liquidator and the same may be adjudicated at an appropriate stage.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, nothing is left for further adjudication in the instant matter. Accordingly, the instant petition stands disposed of.
