The Appellant states that the matter stands settled and the terms of the said settlement dated 25.09.2024 form an integral part of the Order dated 25.11.2024 of the Hon‟ble Supreme Court passed in the Petition for Special Leave to Appeal (C) No. 8625/2024. 2.

The counsel for the Appellant has handed over the copy of the Order dated 25.11.2024 of the Hon‟ble Supreme Court. The same is taken on record.

In view of the same, the Appellant herein seeks to withdraw the present petition.

The prayer for withdrawal is granted and the matter be consigned to the record.
