Present petition challenges the order passed by learned Rent Control Tribunal whereby the eviction order passed by the learned Rent Controller on the grounds under Section 14 (1) (d) and Section 14 (1) (h) of Delhi Rent Control Act was allowed and eviction order was accordingly passed with respect to the tenanted premises i.e. Premises No. IX/6488, Nehru Gali, Gandhi Nagar, Delhi-110031.

On the last date, when the arguments were heard and the present petition was under consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner/tenant had contended that as per the instructions, the tenant was ready to vacate the premises in question provided some reasonable time was granted to him. It was with the aforesaid limited objective that notice was issued to respondent. 3.

Mr. Vinod Kumar Gupta, respondent is present in person. 4.

matter was passed over.

Matter has now been taken up again and learned counsel for petitioner states that petitioner is agreeable to hand over the vacant and peaceful possession of the aforesaid tenanted premises to the respondent herein on or before 31.03.2025.

Petitioner is also present in person and reiterates the same and undertakes to vacate the property in question on or before said date to the respondent.

Such undertaking is accepted by the Court.

Respondent has also no objection if the aforesaid time is granted to the petitioner.

In view of the above, present petition is disposed of with the direction to the petitioner herein to hand over vacant and peaceful possession of Premises No. IX/6488, Nehru Gali, Gandhi Nagar, Delhi-110031 to respondent Mr. Vinod Kumar Gupta on or before 31.03.2025. 10.

Needless to say, execution petition shall remain stayed and no coercive process shall be taken in said execution petition till 31.03.2025.
