This Court has already held, in para 6 of the order dated 5 December 2023, that the present second appeal raises no question of law, much less any substantial question of law. 2.

That, in my opinion, is the extent of the remit of this Court under Section 100 of the CPC.

Once this Court holds that no substantial question of law arises, it is functus officio. As there is already a finding to the said effect in para 6 of the order dated 5 December 2023, this appeal stands dismissed.
