This is a petition filed under Section 11 and 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, seeking contempt of the Order dated 15.05.2024 in WP.(C) 6940/2024.

This court directed in WP.C. 6940/2024 at para No. 18, 19 and 20 as under:
"18. The STF shall consider the present writ petition as a complaint regarding unauthorized construction over the land in question. The STF shall also grant personal hearing to the petitioner or his authorized representative, if required. Further, the STF may also take steps by coordinating with the requisite authorities, for carrying out demarcation in the area in question, if need be.
19. In case any unauthorized construction is found by the STF, the statutory bodies are bound to take action against The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

As per the petitioner, the demolition has yet not been carried out, therefore the present petition has been filed. 4.
Ms. Sehgal, learned counsel for DDA draws my attention to the status report filed by the DDA on 05.12.2024, wherein para Nos. 2, 4 and 6 read as under:
"2. Khasra No. 19//21/2, 20//2 and 20//9 of Village Kamalpur Majra, Burari falls in the development area and has been notified as urban area vide a notification issued by Government of National Capital of Territory of Delhi (hereinafter "GNCTD"). A copy of Notification bearing No. F. 12(152)2014/L&B/MP/PL4/2572 dated 16.06.2017 issued by the GNCTD is annexed herewith as Annexure R-1. ...
4. As none appeared before the Respondent within the stipulated period, the Respondent fixed the demolition programme for 23.07.2024. The Respondent issued a letter to the Deputy Commissioner of Police seeking its assistance for carrying out the demolition programme. A copy of letter dated 19.07.2024 issued by Respondent to the Deputy Commissioner of Police is annexed herewith as Annexure R-4. The said demolition programme was carried out on the fixed scheduled date i.e., 23.07.2024.

6. The demolition programme of the Khasra Nos. 2//8/1, 2//13, 2//14 of Village Kamalpur Majra, Burari was fixed on 27.08.2024. The Respondent issued a letter to the Deputy Commissioner of Police seeking its assistance for carrying out the demolition programme. A copy of the letter dated 08.08.2024 issued by Respondent to the Deputy Commissioner of Police is annexed herewith as Annexure R-6. The said demolition programme was carried out on the fixed scheduled date i.e., 27.08.2024. A copy of photographs of the demolition programme."

Hence, according to DDA, the demolition has been carried out. Hence, there is no intentional and malafide violation of the order dated 15.05.2024.

Mr. Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner, draws my attention to photographs annexed with his reply to the status report, which shows existence of structures in Khasra Nos. 19//21/2, 20/2, and 20/9. 7.
Let the respondent comply with the order dated 15.05.2024 with respect to the photographs annexed with the reply as well. 8.
The same shall be done expeditiously and not later than 4 weeks from today.

With these directions, the contempt is disposed of. 10.
In case the action is not taken, the petitioner shall be at liberty to revive the contempt petition.
