The petitioner is seeking initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondent/grandfather for the alleged wilful disobedience of the Memorandum of Undertaking [„MOU‟] dated 11.02.2022, recorded between the parties by the learned Principal Judge, Family Courts.

None appeared on behalf of the respondent despite sending advance notice.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would move an appropriate application before the learned Principal Judge, Family Courts for enforcement of the undertaking in terms of the MOU dated 11.02.2022.
