We have been informed by learned counsel representing the MCD that pursuant to the subject tender, the work order was issued and its term is also coming to an end in the last week of February, 2025. 2.

Accordingly, in view of the aforesaid, there does not appear to be any issue to be adjudicated in the petition, which is hereby disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate recourse as may be available in law to challenge the tender condition impugned in the present petition, in case, in future, any such tender containing the same tender condition is issued.
