The petitioner/wife is seeking initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondent/husband for the willful disobedience of the directions contained in the order dated 12.07.2024 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court-01, South District, Saket Courts, New Delhi.

None appeared on behalf of the respondent/husband despite sending advance notice.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner/wife requests permission to withdraw the present contempt petition. 6.

The petitioner is hereby granted the liberty to move appropriate application before the learned Judge, Family Court, with regard to the issuance of Aadhaar Cards and Passports of their children.
