This petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1970 praying for quashing of the Criminal Complaint filed by the respondent no.1 herein, being CT case no.40270/2019 titled Meena Dhingra v. Eatio Food Solution Pvt. Ltd. & Ors., as against the petitioner herein. 2.

The said complaint has been filed by the respondent no. 1 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 inter alia against the petitioner herein, who has been arrayed as the accused no.3 in the said complaint.

The learned counsel for the respondent no.1/complainant, on instructions, submits that he has no objection if the complaint as against the petitioner herein is quashed and the petitioner is treated as deleted from the array of the parties in the said The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
