It is stated by Mr Tangri, learned counsel for the judgment-debtor that insolvency proceedings have been initiated against judgment-debtor and an IRP has been appointed. He discloses the name of IRP as Mr Ashish Gupta and assures that the details will be provided to the learned counsel for the decree-holder within a period of one week from today. His assurance is taken on record.

The decree-holder is at liberty to register all his claims against the IRP in accordance with law.

In view of the directions above, the execution petition is closed granting liberty to the decree-holder to revive the same, if and as and when the cause of action so arises.
