These are petitions filed under Sections 11 & 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking appointment of an Arbitrator and the issuance of interim directions against the respondent No.1, respectively.

For the said reasons, Mr. Magon, learned counsel for Sunup Infra Reality Pvt Ltd does not wish to press the petition. 4.

Binding the parties to the terms of the settlement recorded in the Conciliation Agreement dated 19.08.2025, the petitions are disposed of.

In case of any violation of the terms of the said Conciliation Agreement, the parties shall be at liberty to revive the present petitions.
