This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 11(6) read with Section 14 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking appointment of a three-member Arbitral Tribunal to adjudicate the disputes between the parties.

Mr. Apoorv Kurup, learned Senior Counsel, on instructions from the Petitioner, seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to take recourse to appropriate proceedings for termination of the mandate of the three-member Arbitral Tribunal.

Petition along with pending application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for, in accordance with law.
