The learned counsel appearing for the respondent Bank states that matter has been amicably settled between the parties and the loan account has been closed, since they have received the entire amount. He further stated that the respondent will withdraw its complaint, filed before the learned Trial Court on the next date of hearing. 2.
In view of the above statement of the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. 3.
Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
