By this petition, petitioner seeks parole for filing SLP in the Supreme Court. It is trite say that every convict is entitled to avail all the legal remedies as may be available to him/her upto the highest forum. Keeping in mind the totality of circumstances, it is ordered that petitioner be released on parole for a period of one month from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent. During the parole period, petitioner shall report to the SHO of the concerned police station once in a week, that
is, on Mondays at 10:00 am.
On completion of parole period, petitioner shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail. Writ petition is disposed of.
