By way of present application, the petitioner/applicant seeks modification of the order dated 18.12.2024.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner/applicant that paragraph No. 2 of the order dated 18.12.2024 inadvertently refers to the subject arbitration agreement as 'said loan agreement' instead of 'said service agreement'. Accordingly, learned counsel prays that the aforesaid order be modified to that limited extent.

The order dated 18.12.2024 is modified to the said extent. 4.
