A Petition under Section 482 Cr.PC, has been filed by the petitioner namely, Panna Lal for quashing of the FIR bearing No. 718/2015 dated 10.10.2015 under Sections 186/353/332 IPC and Section 3 & 4 DMSP MC Act, registered at Police Station GTB Enclave. 4.

It is stated that on 10.10.2015 respondent No.2 filed a complaint against the petitioner and accordingly an FIR was registered against the petitioner at Police Station GTB Enclave. Thereafter, on the statement of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. respondent No.2 and 3, Chargesheet was filed under Section 186/353/332 IPC and 3 & 4 DMSP MC Act.

It is submitted that respondent No.2 and 3 and the petitioner agreed to settle the dispute amicably by way of Memorandum of Settlement arrived at between the parties in April, 2024 attested on 03.08.2024. The respondent No.2 has joined through video conferencing and the petitioner and respondent have endorsed the terms of Settlement and stated to remain bound by the terms of the Settlement and they have left with no grudge or grievance against each other in any manner whatsoever. Therefore, the Petition be quashed.

It is an unfortunate case where on demise of the child of the petitioner in the hospital, his anger, pain and frustration came out on respondent no.2 and the Doctors in the hospital.

In view of the submissions made, the Petition is allowed.

Accordingly, the FIR bearing No. 718/2015 dated 10.10.2015, registered at Police Station GTB Enclave, for offences punishable under Sections 186/353/332 IPC and Section 3 & 4 DMSP MC Act with all the subsequent proceedings and the charge sheet is hereby quashed qua the petitioner. 8.

The Petition stands disposed of.
