The accused/applicant seeks interim bail in case FIR No.501/2024 of PS Jagat Puri for offences under Section 85/80(2)/3(5) of BNS. In this case of dowry death, the interim bail is sought so that the accused/applicant may pay back his loan.

In the course of arguments, counsel for accused/applicant used extremely objectionable expressions against the learned Magistrate.
