Though, this petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:- "i. Issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to reckon date of assumption of charge by petitioner to the post of Sub Inspector (Ministerial) with effect from 21.05.1999 (date of promotion of petitioner to post of Sub- Inspector (Ministerial)) and consequently grant one increment on 01.01.2006 in the prerevised pay scale and thereafter next increment in the revised pay structure on 01.07.2006 in terms of paragraph 3 of office memorandum dated 19.03.2012 and other consequential benefits; ii. Pass any such other order as it may deem fit to this Hon'ble Court in the facts and circumstances of the case." 2.

Ms. Saahila Lamba has drawn our attention to ground 'H' to submit that she would be satisfied if the respondents consider this petition as a representation and dispose of the same by considering the judgment dated April 01, 2019, passed by this Court in W.P. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection with regard to the submission made by Ms. Lamba.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider this petition as a representation keeping in view the judgment dated April 01, 2019, passed by this Court in W.P. (C) No.4448/2016 and pass a speaking and reasoned order within a period of 12 weeks from today as an outer limit. It goes without saying, if the petitioner is aggrieved with the order to be passed, he shall seek such remedy as available in law. V.
