Petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ('BNSS') has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner for quashing of FIR No. 192/2022 under Sections 354A/509 IPC registered at P.S.: R.K. Puram and proceedings emanating therefrom.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charge has only been framed under Section 509 IPC against the petitioner and seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to file appropriate application for compounding of offence under Section 509 IPC before the learned trial court. 3.

Taking the statement of learned counsel for the petitioner on record, petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
